Add Meeting Input Box to Platform Lobby Page

As the Principal Scientist at Riff, I would like labeled data so that I can do more accurate analysis. I would like to add an open input field to the lobby page on Riff Platform so that people can optionally enter the type of meeting they are having.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Add a new input field for the user to enter the type of meeting they are having, below the name field.
• [x] Add the label "Meeting Type".
• [x] Add the micro-text "Enter what your meeting is about, e.g. design review." below the meeting type field.
• [x] Change the label "Display Name" to "Your Name"
• [x] Add the micro-text "Type your name." below the name field.
• [x] Add the micro-text "Enter the room name for this call. " below the room name field.
• [x] Change the descriptive text at the top to "Enter a room name and your name to join a call. Add what type of meeting your'e having. Your metrics will automatically display when the call is over. ".
• [x] Meeting Type field should be between the Display Name input, and the Join Room button.
• [x] Remove placeholder text from all form fields.
• [x] Change the font size of the mic and video check test to match the size of the email text.

@brecriffs - the only acceptance criteria specified in this story is the UI stuff (with the assumption of it working on the back end too). I think you can do all that and then leave the story for @jordanreedie to finish, or if he wants, that can be broken out into a separate card.
