Influence / Updated Timeline Metric for GT

As a PM, I need to deliver the influence metric as part of the GT release so that I meet the terms of the deliverable.

As a PM, I would like to get an acceptable good version of this metric completed, before layering in more value, so that we complete the requirements on time.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] A revised version of the amCharts timeline from the amCharts spike, that includes the following:
• [x] The timeline using the amCharts library.
• [x] Influence points (both by and to) layered on to the timeline below the bars.
• [x] Different colors for each influence point (both by and to).
• [ ] Interruption points (you only) layered on to the timeline below the bars.
• [x] Affirmation points (both by and to) layered on to the timeline below the bars.
• [x] Different colors for each affirmation point (both by and to).
• [x] Tool tip text TBD.
• [x] Card back text "This chart shows the details of meeting activity, including speaking, influence, affirmation, and interruption events.

  Interruptions occur when a person begins talking over the speaker, and takes over the conversation. Frequent interruptions can mean different things, in different contexts. When interruptions occur in a highly engaged group and stay on topic, they are likely to be perceived as positive. If they abruptly change the subject, or occur in a slower-paced discussion, they are likely to be perceived as rude or disrespectful. If your team is having a lot of interruptions, consider checking in to see how they are perceived.

  Affirmations represent short, confirming feedback to the speaker. They typically reinforce what the speaker is saying without taking over the conversation.
  

  Influence occurs when someone responds quickly to what you've said (you've influenced them), or you respond quickly to someone else (they've influenced you). Frequent first-responses indicate that a person is engaged by what the speaker said.

Reviewed this story in Chrome, and accepted in terms of metrics display. More testing on how the metrics get generated would be useful. Final design included listing interruptions for self and other parties.
