GT: Create baseline survey

As a scientist, I want to have additional data about Riff users, so that I can correlate that information with Riff data and develop more sophisticated metrics and algorithms.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] A Qualtrics survey that includes the following content:
• [x] The dominance questions have a Likert scale answer set of:
  Strongly Disagree / Disagree / Somewhat Disagree / Neither Agree Nor Disagree / Somewhat agree / Agree / Strongly agree

I usually take charge of conversations.
I am often responsible for keeping the conversation going.
I usually do more talking than listening.
I often stop to think about what to say in conversations.
I often insist on discussing something even when others don't want to.
I often make my presence felt.
I often win any arguments that occur in conversations.
I am very expressive during conversations.
I am often the center of attention.
I have a dramatic way of interacting. I often avoid saying things in conversations because I might regret it later.
I am more of a follower than a leader.
I often have trouble thinking of things to talk about.
I often act impatient during conversations.

• [x] A link to that survey at the end of the Qualtrics registration process, so that users are encouraged to complete it as part of their registration.
• [x] A stand-alone link to the survey, so that users who do not complete it during registration can do so at another time.
