This is an Epic about merging the newly refactored Riff-rtc code into the Riff Platform and creating a private repo of this new implementation of the application. This also involves importing dashboard, chat and index (and any others) into the Platform as packages, with tests run even if they don't pass. It might also include improved test coverage.

I transferred this epic from riff-rtc, and I think I lost the attached stories when I did that. I did convert it back to an epic, but I don't know what stories were attached.
