book downloads glitching out #3

i keeping getting this issue with books grabbed by the plug in where they just sit i cant remove them from activity they never download and if i hit refresh some will start to double like seen in the image.

the log either shows a bunch of api hits or a queue count no error.

i have tried restarting both containers
