Baseten instructions? #10

Hey, sorry but I'm failing to understand how to setup baseten for use with riffusion. Is it possible to add some steps?

@tuhins when you get a chance, feel free to follow up if you would like to support the option for people to set up their own Baseten account and truss

For now I'll close this as we don't yet support others running with baseten. I've removed the .env.local variables to avoid confusion until we do.
