Maps module #1

Hello,

It would be nice to have a dedicated panel for maps. It could be another subtab in Dev tab ? I think It is only possible to start a map if you have the right to start resources. A player that has only the right to manage maps can not manage them via the panel (if I'm not wrong). Also, I was thinking of a button to set the next map. :)

It could. But i think it must be new module in root tab panel or in "Gamemode" tab group. Maps management it isn't dev tool.

I think just creating new commands (like stopmap/startmap) would be good variant. I can just check resource type inside commands and do or decline it if it isn't map.
