Console output, when attempting to login:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'on' of undefined
    at setupSocket (.../linguine-node/node_modules/passport-ldapauth/node_modules/ldapauth-fork/node_modules/ldapjs/lib/client/client.js:111:14)
