If you use a .vpy input and --forcecfr (at least on linux), you are left with a 2 kilobyte file and nothing gets encoded. No error is given.
If you drop --forcecfr, vapoursynth input works.
Unfortunately, --forcecfr is not supported with vpy input, so please remove it from your command line.
