The filter process needs to be privileged so that he can listen on port 80 and modify the hosts file.

Does Windows support a setuid like system?
Can't do it as a setuid script (maybe we can do it as a setuid executable if we use py2exe)
We might need to use an installer to setup our privileged executable

Fixed using C# Wrapper that requests administrator privileges at startup.
