Query Encryption... with an organizational-spendable-decryption coin mechanism? #5

As this is a private blockchain application we need a mechanism of preventing unauthorized parties from querying the state of the blockchain

revised thoughts. Blockchain should be totally open BUT encrypted invoices should be able to get sent between encrypted profiles, each organization can share a key or something

Radical idea - with quark 0.7 create a customized coin object which holds institutional context, such that only by querying with this coin would the information become decrypted
