Instructions about using Arduino IDE need to be fleshed out. #7

Add the following instruction(s):

  1. How to add TinyGPS++
  2. That actually turns out to be pretty much it.

One thing needs to be treated carefully is that this process was different on my computer (running arch linux) and on my girlfriend's computer (running linux mint)

It seems that I fixed this at somepoint. My guess is #9
