Add to https://github.com/purescript/package-sets #49

It seems that this package is not yet listed as part of the most recent https://github.com/purescript/package-sets release https://github.com/purescript/package-sets/releases/download/psc-0.13.6-20200502/packages.dhall

Thanks for the interest. What is still missing is a merge, docs update and migration to the purs-0.14. The devel branch which we want to merge is here:

https://github.com/rightfold/purescript-postgresql-client/tree/pool-query

We have added support for queries based on pool directly (this is a feature of the underling js library)... I'm not able to work on the release this week. Additionally I don't have purs-0.14 installed and I'm not sure when I'm going to start using it... I hope soon ;-)
