[Website] [Flip Cards] Resolve Flip Card Glitches on Safari Browser #24

The flip card animations of the team section does not function properly on the safari browser with the mobile and desktop platforms. It flips properly on google chrome browsers. Suggestions might be investigating the flip card library's documentation or writing the flip card animations from scratch ourselves.

Multiple Solutions: 1) Make a Proof of Concept (POC) 2) Get rid of the flippy card library, make our own flippy card animation from scratch (or try another library) 3) Since it only happens on Safari, research into browser differences 4) Analyze the styling structure of the website flip cards
