Can one use two rights statements for the same objects?
A particular case is IC-OW and IC-OW-EU, one derived from the other.
For our application profile, we first decided that only one statement should be asserted per object. But it is possible that two statements from different jurisdictions co-exist for one object. Maybe we'll have SKOS-like constraints that say that no two statements from a same jurisdiction may be applied to one object.
