Add skos:inScheme statements for skos:Collections #60

We have been asked why the instances of skos:Collections (http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/collection-ic/1.0/, http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/collection-nc/1.0/, http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/collection-other/1.0) are not connected to the concept scheme http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/1.0/ the same way the rights statements (instances of skos:Concept) are.

I see no reason to not do it and therefore suggest that we add the skos:inScheme statements linking the collections to the concept scheme.
