Impossible to build. #141

I'm not sure if it's just lack of knowledge, but I cannot build any version of Open Rigid Chips. I tried using Visual Studio 2019, and then tried to use Visual Studio 2013, and I have had no success. It says that either I am missing files, or with deprecation errors.

I was able to build it, and I somehow found out how to do it. I suggest a tutorial be added.
