Handle objects compute cost in cache index #230

Function ccost provide argument's compute cost

Cache index structure is changed. An old cache index can be read by new version, but a new cache index cannot be read by former versions

(based on V2.0.2_fix_cache_read_write, otherwise much tricky merge conclicts)
