Update ESMValTool diags wrapper on ciclad for conda env location #238

Unfortunately, but unavoidably, the wrapper script for launching ESMVatTool diags (on Ciclad) is dependant on the ESMValTool install location. This location changed recently, so an update was needed.

The changes are integrated in PR #240
