Retina support #10

Implement retina support, at least for the icons and logos and such, and then look into having that feature for blog post images as well.

This is partially done, we still have some images that aren't SVGs (for example the search icon), and the Social Media icon SVG needs to be resaved (broken on mobile browsers for some reason).

Search icon and the social media svgs all work now. So the theme is retina ready, for content we'll just use wp-retina or some plugin like that.
