Customized YouTube (and Vimeo) player #17

Another issue taken from #15.

Is there something nice we can do with Youtube/vimeo links to give them a custom look automatically, or do you reckon someone just makes those themselves on Polygon? (Keep trying not to compare to them but they have lots of nice modern design features I kinda feel are nice, even though we're keeping TGE more minimal)

Change of spec:

So the Automata blog post for example would instead have a large image at the top and not the video there. It would be nice that video post post thumbnails would automatically get a play button image overlayed on top of it.
