Make a script that builds python code for Windows, .tar.gz, and also .rpm

It's easy.

Make sure that the docs get distributed with it.

Create a script outside of the build dir that will create these different
distribution.  Then, learn enough about each one that we can write a section in 
the
manual about it.

Will start only with the python install.py method.
