Automatically turn follow off when starting a new game #188

I think it would be good to have follow turn off automatically when starting a
new game.

It's sort of troublesome when you start a game, and then a bughouse game pops
up.

It seems like this would be troublesome in the case of bug games. If raptor
turns off
following when a game stars, then you will stop following your partner. A better
solution would be to have the option to suppress observing games while playing,
excluding of course your partner's bug board.

Good idea poohblah it would'nt be hard to add that in either. I could just issue
unobserves if you are playing a game and that setting is set. It should
probably also
span connectors. So if you are playing a game on any connector it just
unobserves if
checked.

Added this feature and also a message when this happens. Its working well and
this
way you retain your follow so it picks up after you finish playing. I am
enabling it
by default and the preference is in ChessBoard->Behavior.
