Optimize Game api #251

The bitboard game api needs to be reoptimized now that all of the variants
have been added.

This includes trying to limit branching, possibly some refactoring, and
looking at faster ways to execute code.

This needs to be done before serious work can start on the Chess Analysis
Engine and Chess Engine.
