Appears stylesheets are having an issue with new version of Chrome (Version 23.0.1271.64) #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app in Version 23.0.1271.64 of Chrome Browser
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Appears that the GUI is missing associated stylesheets perhaps? The display is 
not well formatted.

On what operating system?
Mountain Lion

Hi.
Thank you for issue report. 
Is CTRL+R helps? There were a minor change in CSS and maybe styles haven't load 
correctly because of cache?

Doesnt' appear to be an issue any longer. I did clear my cache and try again 
and that didn't immediately fix it but upon trying the next day the issue was 
resolved. Thank you!

Anyway it shouldn't happen. I believe it is a chrome issue that local files 
from extension directory are cached.
