For last few weeks, we spent some time improving RIK with new features and some fixes. We worked on a fork polyxia-org/rik, we wanted now to work again on the upstream, but before that we need to put the work we've done on upstream.
What has been done ?
We can now run VM with a remote rootfs (examples are in docs/examples)
Firecracker is used in order to manipulate VMs
Overall improvement of Riklet and Controller components
Riklet now includes some SDN feature for Function workloads
