Context

Previously, we decided to do some changes into the workload definition (api_version into apiVersion). The change hasn't been made into our CLI tool, making it unusable

What needs to be done ?

Migrate api_version field to apiVersion: #68
Migrate Workload definition to crates/definitions crate
Improve testing coverage of the CLI with simple fixtures (either json file or json string in test's code)
