📑 Description

Few things are included in this PR:

Globally needed iptables rules are now part of the bootstrap
Make more verbose iptables and net by using trace!() (can be seen through RUST_LOG=riklet=trace)
Correct the usage of tap which were deleted too early (because out of scope so drop trait was triggered)
Disabled iptables clean policy as it was triggered too early
Remove lz4 decompression
