📑 Description

Create a scripts folder which contain few bash script to help with development
Add a base kernel configuration
Create mkkernel command which compile a kernel from official linux repository
Create mkrootfs command which create a rootfs based on ubuntu:22.04 with a few packages

Here, the tool is usable only if we know its existence.
