Style Convention #51

Before we get too many submissions, we might want to consider a convention for how we want the recipes to be formatted.

Most of the recipes are following roughly the same style.

If someone wouldn't mind coming up with an example that can be put in the readme based on this layout with perhaps the ingredients table from here with a bit of cleanup, that'd be great! :)
