Use metadata #85

Use jekyll style metadata, as in http://jekyllrb.com/docs/frontmatter/, in the template.

This will let us build an actual site using jekyll or another static site generator. Most of the static site generators support a metadata block in this format.

Tagging could help get rid of the terrible folder structure we currently have.

I don't see the point in this as we don't use jekyll and have no plans to...

@rikai we're never planning to have a simple, web front-end to this project?

Are we going to consume this as plain text files in a git repo for the foreseeable future?
