Make calendar-based !next optional #77

A config setting to toggle the use of the calendar-based section of the !next would be useful.

Have been considering disabling this for JB as the calendar times are more of an estimate than exact times, and instead relying solely on the use of !start_show and !end_show for tracking when shows are live.
