Munki 2 - Install over Munki 1 leave abandoned MSU.app #306

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Munki 1
2. Install Munki 2 

A folder called 'Managed Software Update.app 1' will be left in the Utilities 
Folder along with the new alias to the new MSC.app

Known issue. This is caused by how Installer behaves when replacing a directory 
with a file. We'll need to add a preflight or postflight script to the package 
that installs MSC.app to fix this. Not too worried about this until closer to 
release because other things in the package may change between now and then.

This was fixed a few revs ago, but I forgot to close the issue.
