Munki primary manifest error reporting

Sometimes I have clients throwing the following error:

• Could not retrieve manifest client_manifest from the server: Error 28:
• Could not retrieve managed install primary manifest.
In these cases it is not clear what primary manifest they’re trying to 
retrieve. It would help if the error message would show the manifest name (or 
perhaps the full url)
