Only one submenu is not immersive

The only submenus to work are from custom shells and the view dropdown.

Apparently it's fixed but didn't know when that happened whatever

Nevermind, it turned out that the fix will apply for only one submenu. Any reason for this?

Apparently Everything doesn't have this issue, or Explorer++ probably
