French translation #2

Hi, thanks for providing translation!

However your translation file is not in the correct format.

  1. Translation file other than English goes its own folder, e.g. Simplified Chinese to "chi" folder, French should goes to "fr" folder.
  2. And also in your French translation you should remove all "en" entries (your French translation should only have "fr" entries).
