Improved Dutch translation #64

Originally I only intended to change a few typos I found in game, but I ended up going through the entire translation which took quite a while. I don't have a launchpad account so I hope this is fine.

The translation was done well enough but I found one random line of German, some forest/fortress confusion and "the Frozen Wastes" was called "the Frozen Sewage" :D

Additionally I found a typo in English that should be changed in all translation files which I haven't done myself:

Side notes: There's a few more improvements that could maybe be made but I need more context as I haven't finished the game: Lines 154, 158, 1058, 2736, 4288.

What happened here, not sure what the original translator tried to say with magiover: Line 3293

I'll leave those as is for now, that's all.
