Add custom stack project templates #650

Hello! It would be awesome if someone could write a stack template and use it intellij-haskell at the new project menu, You can refer to these templates: https://github.com/commercialhaskell/stack-templates for examples

@cata0309 in what way would it be different to the standard templates (I think I don't understand fully)?

In settings you can already set which stack template has to be used when creating new project
