I am running on a Mac but I also receive the same issue on my windows PC. When trying to create a new project i get this error message show up on IntelliJ:
"Error adding module to project: Couldn't create Haskell module due to failure retrieving or parsing Cabal file for package path"
Followed by the path of the project I am trying to create.
