What's happening:
Adding Statistics tracking for certain user & server actions. No message data being collected, stats only to include basic where, who and the type of stat being tracked.
Why is this happening:
New feature & commands for servers that utilize Kiera and perhaps any other Statistics bot or would like such functionality.
Planning:
[User, Server] Date/Timeframe based Stats
[User, Server] All time stats
[User, Server] Commands to:
View stats
Disable Server Stats if they're unwanted (by server owner/admin)
Disable User Stats if that user wishes (by user)
Disable Server Public Stats (Bot API accessibility)
Delete Stats related to User or Server (user, or server level)
