[Issue] CK Stats Lockee command template is printing <> as gt & lt #33

Describe the issue/bug The CK Stats Lockee command is not rendering the chevrons when the KH stats are hidden and their name should show <hidden>

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. !ck stats lockee command where the Keyholder information is hidden.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
