Describe the solution you'd like
An optional parameter per decision roll for how frequently a user of it may roll.
After user has performed a roll they will not be able to roll again until the timeout for them has expired.
Describe alternatives you've considered
This would be a new addition: 1 new field per Decision + using the decision-log to lookup and determine the last roll by the user.
