[Issue] CS Stats output showing inconsistent results compared to 3rd party's published numbers (KH)

The 3rd party CS Integration command for stats /cs stats is not showing proper experience levels (compared to those expected or seen elsewhere or at source).

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Command: /cs stats
2. KH stats are showing differences as reported by users

Expected Behaviour

Levels to align with source data.
