Add better tools for script modification #10

At minimum, there should be:

[ ] A command to add and remove characters from scripts
[ ] A command to add and remove editors from scripts
[ ] Some way to add advice for sts as script metadata

Other potentially useful ideas:

[ ] Tracking data about scripts
[ ] A better script storage format
[ ] Script namespacing
