[PSX Core] Can we get Playstation as a supported Emulator Core? #333

Summary: I'd love to play some of my PS1 games on the App Store version of Delta.

I uploaded the work Ian Clawson did for a fork of Delta a while ago that used Mednafen to add Playstation emulation support. It likely needs some modifications to get working with the current delta version. It's GPLv2 licensed and could be a jump start to bring PSX emulation to Delta.

I was going to try and get a fork built with support for this core and make a PR but cannot setup a Delta dev env since GitHub LFS bandwidth is exhausted for the month. wrestled with super slow git pulls for over 2 hours now on a 2gig network connection so Im done trying for now.

Please bring PlayStation support for delta if you have the knowledge, I wish I could do it
