[Request] WFC support for NDS #369

MelonDS has had support for external WFC dns's like AltWFC, etc. for quite a while now and I thought it'd be quite nice to see it come to Delta soon. Also, if some games need a patch, could we have some sort've patcher in Delta to make it easier for iOS users.
