Suggestion:

A built in function / Standalone app / desktop app to help test or protoype button placement
Visual placement with button text indicator (debug mode)
Mode to show placement on existing skin/theme (debug mode)
Export direct to a deltaskin file or a json file (Save / Save As / Save a Copy)
Easy editor to edit metadata of Title and Device Compatibility, etc

Would definitely be interested in these features as a custom skin creator / enthusiast
