No ROM loading bar if another ROM in background #56

Normally, when you download a ROM, you get a purple loading bar at the top of the ROM library. I noticed that if there's another ROM playing in the background, there is no loading bar if you download a new ROM.

Well this is actually very helpful, I've noticed this bug but didn't know how to reproduce it. Now it can be fixed :)
