Allow User to Choose Default Metric on Visualize Daily Stats Feature

Context

The visualize daily stats feature displays all daily runs based on the dropdown values selected. By default, this is the first option in the dropdown. Users may want to have a different metric by default.

Feature Request

Allow users to specify which metric to display by default on the visualize daily stats feature.

Expected Outcomes

• There's a new setting for selecting the default metric to display in the daily stats feature.
• The graph in the daily stats page will load with the preferred metric.

Completeness Requirements

• A new setting exists for selecting the default metric under the settings tab.
• By default, the preferred metric is the first value of the Metric enum.
• When opening the daily stats page, the preferred metric is loaded as the default value.
• When opening the daily stats tab, the graph is loaded with the preferred metric.
