When the user is done with Workout, Open Tracks has been modified in such a manner that user will be given a motivational announcement such that consistency is maintained by the user.

Implemented the code by modifying the files in the VoiceAnnouncement Service of OpenTracks. Testing have been performed on this and tests have been successful.
